| 1. Reservations

Booking
of a reservation must be in writing (email / facsimile) |

A
reservation will remain provisional until it is
confirmed with a deposit of at least 50%. |

Full
payment must be received in advance, no less than
30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival.

All
extras must be settled at the lodge prior to departure. |
 |
Nambiti
reserves the right, without notice, to release
any accommodation held where the required deposits
or payments have not been timeously received.

Any
party reserving 60% or more of the rooms at any
property is considered a group. |
 |

Agents
are encouraged to provide adequate travel insurance
to cover Nambiti�s cancellation terms and
conditions
as they will bear the sole and absolute responsibility
therefore. |
| 4.

Payments |

Payments
can be made by credit card or direct deposit to
the relevant bank account. |

All
credit cards require a letter of authorisation
with the cardholder�s signature to debit same. |
 |
Please
ensure that copies of the bank transfer/ deposit
slip, together with the reservation details are
faxed
to the Nambiti central reservations office. |
 |
Please
note that cheques are not accepted. |
| 6.
Tour Leader / Guide / Pilot |
 |
Accommodation
for a bona fide tour leader / guide / pilot is
available. |
 |
Rates for a tour leader / guide / pilot vary and
are available on request. This rate is for
accommodation and meals only and does not include
game drives or other activities. The latter shall
be offered subject to availability. |
| 7.
Wild Animals |
 |
Although
attacks by wild animals are rare, guest are reminded
that many of the animals and reptiles they
will see are potentially dangerous. Neither
Nambiti Conservation Trust, Silver Charm Investments
11 (Pty) Ltd, Sherpa Trade and Invest 16 (Pty)
Ltd, any lodge owner, their staff members, associates,
agents, nor their suppliers can be held liable
for any injuries caused during an incident involving
the behaviour of wild animals. |
| 8.
Dietary Requirements |
 |
Any
special dietary requirements must be advised at
time of booking or well in advance of check-in.
We will
do our utmost to comply with your requirements
