With such a diversity of astonishing animals, big and small, calling Nambiti their home, this little fellow really knows how to stand out in the crowd! The Southern Tree Agama, quite often referred to as the blue-headed agama, has mesmerizing blue features, and can be seen basking in the sun. These harmless, non-venomous little chaps love to snack on insects, and even smaller reptiles, and will often be seen bobbing their bright blue heads up and down in territorial displays, scooting off at the first sign of danger due to their excellent eye sight. The female of the species has much more subdued colouring but still makes for a fascinating sight.
